August is a month filled with momentum, community spirit, and exciting transitions. From back-to-school preparations and late-summer vacations to neighborhood gatherings and local events, there are countless reasons to enjoy this time of year. Many individuals and families also experience major milestones during August, including purchasing a home, moving into an apartment, buying a vehicle, growing their family, or preparing for new opportunities ahead. These moments often lead to conversations involving home insurance, homeowners insurance, renters insurance, auto insurance, car insurance, and life insurance as households continue to change and grow.

One of my favorite parts of being involved in theLGBTQ+ community is the opportunity to build lasting connections with the people who make this area so special. I enjoy getting to know local families, supporting community events, connecting with fellow business owners, and welcoming newcomers who are excited to call this area home. Every conversation allows me to learn more about the people who live here, and I’m grateful to be part of a community built on relationships, support, and shared experiences. Watching families celebrate milestones and achieve goals throughout the year is one of the most rewarding aspects of being involved locally.
